1Eligibility and Registration

1.2 Eligibility Criteria

2Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your det939 account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. det939 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested from your account while logged in are treated as authorised by you. det939 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is entitled to one det939 account only. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason including taking advantage of welcome bonuses or promotions — is strictly prohibited. Where det939 identifies duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, forfeit any bonus winnings derived from the duplicate, and apply restrictions to the account at our discretion.

2.3 Accurate Information

Accounts with a PKR balance that remain inactive for an extended period will be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the wallet balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

det939 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are conducted in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by det939.

4.4 Errors and Technical Faults

4.5 Match Abandonment and Postponement

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered after betting markets open, det939 will apply the following general policy: bets on events postponed to the same calendar day will stand; bets on events postponed beyond the same calendar day will be voided and stakes returned.
